Inessa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By making a purchase from Inessa, the buyer is deemed to have agreed to and complied with all applicable terms and conditions.

All transactions are final and cannot be changed.

By making a purchase from Inessa, you agree to receive marketing communications from us regarding promotions and new product launches. We respect individuals' rights to protect their personal data, including the right to access and correct data, as well as the company’s need to collect, use, or disclose personal data solely for legitimate and reasonable purposes.

Payment

We accept several payment methods to make your shopping experience more convenient. These include BCA Virtual Account, Visa and Mastercard credit cards, DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, QRIS, payments at Alfamart and Indomaret, as well as PayLater through Kredivo.

Installment payments are available via Kredivo PayLater and selected credit cards, subject to approval and applicable terms from each provider. Please note that certain payment methods, like over-the-counter payments, may take longer to process. Make sure to keep your payment receipt until your order is confirmed.

All payments must be completed in full before we process your order. Failed or canceled payments will result in the cancellation of your order. You’re welcome to retry payment or place a new order if needed.

Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the original payment method used. For PayLater or credit card refunds, processing times may vary depending on your provider.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any transaction if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.

 

Orders

To streamline operations and improve our productivity, combining orders is not allowed. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

We only respond to emails during our operational hours, which are 08:00–17:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday. Please refrain from sending multiple emails in a row, as our email system uses a ticketing system. If several emails are sent from the same sender, the initial email will be pushed to the back of the queue, which may cause delays in our response.

 

Backorder

Please join a backorder only if you are willing to wait and understand that unexpected delays may occur.

If you order ready stock items together with backorder items in a single order, the entire order will be shipped once the backorder items are available.

If you wish to receive the ready stock items first, please select the separate shipping option for the backorder during checkout.

Please note that there may be slight color differences between backorder batches.

Refunds are not available for cancellations of paid backorder items

 

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined (except for set discounts).

Discounts do not apply to products from certain Special Collections (as stated at checkout) and sale items.

Birthday discounts are only valid for the customer's first order during their birthday month.

Inessa reserves the right to cancel the use of a discount code if misuse is detected.

While we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible on Inessaofficial.com, please note that actual product colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting or individual device screen settings.

The Inessa team is happy to serve you with politeness and respect, and we kindly ask that you treat our team with the same courtesy.


Vouchers

  • Each voucher code is valid for one-time use only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Voucher codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been confirmed.
  • Voucher codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
  • Voucher codes are not valid for sale items, special collections, or gift card purchases unless otherwise stated.
  • Voucher codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Inessa reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any voucher code without prior notice if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.
